Question about harry potter!?

Only two could apply: Neville and Harry. Neville's parents and Harry's parents were in the Order of the Phoenix which meant they went out and dueled. They thrice defied Voldemort. Although both applied to this prophecy Voldemort chose Harry because he was a half blood like himself, so he thought of him as more dangerous.
