How come Obama admits that there are no shovel ready jobs and he failed?

Precisely why I say that Obama will be a one-term president. He convinced us that he could "think outside the box", then after the election and he was safely installed in the White House, he became a moderate centrist. In other words, a do-nothing. Had he acted in accordance with traditional Democratic principles, we would be climbing out of this recession right now, and unemployment, the last factor to recover, would be falling precipitously as businesses begin hiring and consumption begins to boom.
