Braces and teeth coming out major help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!…

I have had braces for about nearly 2 months. And when I got them in I had no teeth out, anyway I went to get the tightened for the first time about 2 weeks ago, and they looked at them and tightened them. But he was saying that they are struggling for room, so now they have too take 3 teeth out. And I am having one out on monday. And I am absourlutly petrified, and I really don't want to go. Also I am not having injections, because I will probaily scream the place down!!!!!!!!!!!!! Please help, and tell me what will happen!!!
