I'm trying to start a handcrafted clothing line for women. I have been wanting to do this for a few years.?

I work a low paying job and feel that starting a business would be step up from where I am right now. However, between bills and groceries, I don't have enough capitol. A few years back I had some trouble with my credit so I have a low score. I don't have any collateral and I have searched the internet but everything I find is a payday loan. I need an unsecured installment loan or a governement grant. Does anyone know any good resources?
