I need some working out help for overseas?
Well , I am planning on going overseas sometime in the spring for about 10-14 days. I am going to the ukraine. I will be staying in someones home and having a very hectic scheduale usually will get up at 7:00 leave be the house by 8:30 and not return until around 11:00 pm to midnight. My question is in the morning i could get up and have just enough time for a small workout but I am not sure how to work one in. I can not run , the roads are mud and it would be unwise to go alone, I will be staying in a room with several other people. is there any good quick , effective, cardio and other worouts i could do to burn some serious calories while i am there. thank you for your help.
