Does he really mean it when he says?

my bf is a freshman and I am a senior. He wants me to go to Reno to go to college. he told me that he is going to go back to reno and get him and I an apartment together so he can protect me from that guy that killed that Breanna girl. Should I live with him when I go to college in Reno or will it be better for me just to live with friends/family? What should I do? He says he will pay for everything. But, I am not sure it that is the right thing to do. He is 16! I am not sure if it is right for us to move in with each other! Help me please! What should I DO?????????
