Should our constitutional rights be conferred to terrorists?

Since these terrorist factions are trying to destroy our very way of life, do you think it makes any sense at all to endow them with the same freedoms and rights that we, as American citizens enjoy? Are they willing to treat us with the same kid-gloves? Or would they rather just abduct us, and then video tape our be-headings? Does this kind of differential treatment espoused by the Democrats make any sense to you at all?
