What song is this? its in my head but cant find it on the internet anywhere. Please help?

I've heard it on a film (which I cant remember :s ) and it was also on an sky tv advert late last year , its a very slow song with just an oboe playing then a strike of a piano, there is only a few chords in the song, its a slow but uplifting clical piece....ive googled etc but with no avail!! Sorry i cannot give any more info..
