Life expectancy of elderly in full renial failure?

Serious accurate answers please. My grandma is 73, a diabetic and in full renal failure because of her diabetic medicine. She told me her kidneys are only working 22% but wont say anything else. She said she wasn't going to last much longer but im wondering approximately how much longer will she live?
