Does this manga/anime idea sound good?

It's about this weird average kid who wakes up one day and finds this punk white kid floating above him, and freaks out.The punk kid falls on top of him and falls off the bed and dissapears.He keeps seeing the kid wherever he goes that day until he is led away from his friends at the mall by a psysic.The psysic tells him that great events are in store in his life and have already begun.He is later approached in his room by the same kid he woke up to, telling him he is a vampire and he wants to be the kid's servant in exchange for his blood.The kid has objections to it but the vampire says he will work for him non-stop until he agrees.The vampire kid follows the kid to school wispering answers into the kid's ear and he screams at him to get away, so he gets kicked out of the clroom.He serves great food on a sliver platter to the kid at lunch.Kids that bully him get their bones snapped.The plot goes on with evil witches and spirits popping up in the kid's life and he eventually agrees to give up his blood.It's a comedy anime and I just want know what you people think about it.
