Do you think this Judge and his supporters will fail the airport scanner checks?

Britain's first Asian Judge Dabinderjit Singh says that practising Sikhs should be allowed to wear the Kirpan - a small ceremonial dagger - at all times including at school. He has worn his for over 20 years even in the shower, in bed, in his car, on trains and at his office desk. Apparently only 10% of Sikhs are totally devout like this man but would you feel happy knowing you aren't allowed to carry a bladed instrument and he does and would want to on an aircraft?
