How do I hang a bulletin board without damaging wall?

I'm going to college and I had a bulletin board to hang up with all my pictures and stuff on it. Turns out, I can't use nails, tacks, scotch tape, duct tape, or anything that could possibly damage the wall. I doubt regular tape will hold it up at all and I can't think of anything else. Basically, I think I'm screwed and just have to leave it behind, but if anyone has any other ideas I would loooove to hear them. Thank you!

Drinking whilst being pregnant birth defects?

Hello, so I am writing a book and the mother heavily drinks whilst pregnant, I don't want the baby to die and the baby is going to be Down Syndrome (un-related to alcohol as that is a chromosome problem) but I want to give the child another disability, not in a nasty way at all, it's just for the story, so what could the child be affected with? Help me please. Also, would blindness in one eye possible be an outcome to the drinking? Also, she smoked heavily too!
