Where can I go to get some teeth replaced?

I lost my three front teeth due to an unfortunate set of cirstances. I live in Minneapolis,Mn, am unemployed, and no health insurance. Even if I did have dental coverage they require a co-pay of at least half the cost of the replacement. I obviously don't have that kind of money, and am having issues finding a new job with those teeth missing. So does anyone know where I can go to get my teeth fixed in this city. Someone told me about this place called Smiles, but I can't find any info on it.
