I Really am in love with her but don`t know what to do!! ten points!?

ok sso i am 15 a going on 16 in a few months. i moved to the city of deerfield beach florida when i turned 15 and have met lots of girls throughout being here. i have always been a ladys man since i was in dipers. but never have i felt this way about another girl. i met her new years 2010 and we have become really close friends. it has almost seemed we have been going out but that not the case. she has just turned 14 yesterday and is in 8th grade. im 15 in 9th grade. we go to church togeether and whenver we see each other we spend as much time together as close as possible. just recentally (last friday) a friend invited my to go ice skating. she was there. after all night of flirting and hugging and kissing her on the cheek we finally had a REAL kiss. we did it twice once then and then before we left each other. everyone said we should go ouut and i wanted to but when they said that her face turned into like an eh... she does really like me me and her had been talking about after we left. she just doesnt know about having a boyfran. i know i really like her and she me and after we kissed i feel like a fell in love with her. i havent been able to talk to her. her phone has been off or dead all weekend and i been grounded. i just need to know what i should do about this situation . when im with her i think of knowone elso and i know i like her and i may even love her. but another thing. is it possible she may be ising me just to kiss me. my fran said that and im not sure i believe it.... i just need to know what to do... i have asked her out but she never gave me an answer....im just... HELP!!!!
