Should America feel guilty for having destroyed democracy in Iran?

The Iranian people have not forgotten how America, via that insidious agency known as the C.I.A, overthrow their elected Prime Minster and replaced him with a brutal tyrant of a Shah . Should the C.I.A and the U.S government be held accountable for this grim atrocity committed against the nation of Iran?
