My pregnant 7 mth old kitty got hit by a car, survived. bleeding through the vulva. vet said shes stable? huh?

she was hit by a truck and kinda more like tumbled. shes 1 month pregnant. she can walk somewhat slowly. took her to the vet and they said she seems stable. but cant she die if the baby is dead inside of her and go into shock. shes may baby and that would kill me. what should i do? what if there is organ damage? shesbleeding through her vulva, is that baby kitty blood or organ injury? please help!
