I twisted my little sons arm cos he kept mimicking my voice when I was telling him off ?

This sounds reasonable to me :) It's not like you were intending to hurt him, just having a little fun so he would behave... it would be different if you WANTED to hurt him though but i ume that's not the case? Sounds reasonable to me.
