Does the forward movement of a unicycle affect how you must toss juggling ?

In a common circus act, a clown juggles several while riding a unicycle. From the standpoint of juggling only, does the clown have to do anything different because he is moving as he juggles? In other words, if he was sitting on a cart moving with a constant velocity, instead of riding a unicycle, would he have to toss the any differently than he does when he is standing still? Does it matter if he is accelerating as he moves (on the unicycle or the cart)?
