Beginner Photographer.....but need the camera first! lol?

I only have $120 right now, but my birthday is in a month and I'm hoping for at least 100 (which my grandmother usually gives. I hate she weaves money around, but I'm going need her help with my beginner's budget) I want a camera that for in the beginning will be used mainly for self portraits or central characters and outside photos (and with no blur and could possibly take pictures of people in motion). I won't be using my camera 24/7 so nothing high cl that I have to make it worth the price (my range between $90-200). So, I was also hoping it to be easy to carry, light weight; and a mega-pixel range from 6-10 at least. And I'll need a note of tripods and remotes (I was given that advice by one of my friends if was interested in self photography)
